How to get to us
Whether you are coming from Baška Voda, Makarska, Omiš, Split or any of the nearby towns and villages, there are many simple ways to reach Mimice in about an hour or less.
Driving to us
Mimice is easy to reach by the coastal road, with the harbour located directly next to the main road and parking area.

Free parking is available in Mimice. During peak season, please arrive early enough to park calmly and be ready before the 10:00 departure.
Taking the bus
Regular coastal buses connect Split, Omiš, Makarska and nearby places with Mimice during the season.
Search for Mimice as your stop, check the current timetable, and book your ticket through Promet Makarska.
Please be at your bus station early. Coastal bus times can sometimes shift slightly because of traffic and seasonal demand.
Getting a taxi
Local taxi services are available in the area and should be contacted directly.
We recommend arranging your ride in advance, confirming the pickup location and price, and making sure you arrive in Mimice before the 10:00 departure.

How do I book a tour?
Choose an available date, submit a booking request, and our team will contact you shortly with a secure payment link.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed only after your payment link has been paid.
Why haven’t I received my payment link yet?
After you submit a booking request, it may take us a bit to get back to you. We personally review each request and send the secure payment link as soon as possible through your selected contact method.
What time does the tour start and end?
The public tour departs from Mimice at 10:00 and returns to Mimice around 16:00.
What happens if I'm late?
Please do not be late. Since this is a public tour, we cannot wait for individual groups. If you are running a few minutes behind, call us immediately. If you contact us, we can hold the boat for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you do not contact us, we depart on schedule.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available in Mimice, which makes the start of the tour easier and helps you avoid paid parking in busier tourist areas.
What is included in the ticket?
The ticket includes the boat tour, visits to Pučišća and Povlja on the island of Brač and a traditional fish picnic of grilled mackerel with olive oil, garlic and parsley dressing, served with locally sourced salad, bread, red wine and juice.
Are drinks available on the boat?
Yes. Water, beer, and a daily cocktail are available for purchase.
Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes. The vegetarian option includes grilled peppers, cheese, bread, olive oil, and salad. Please mention it in your booking notes.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks.
Do children pay?
Adults pay 50€. Children aged 6–10 pay 30€. Children under 6 ride for free, but they must still be included in the booking request so we can count all passengers.
How many people can fit on the boat?
The maximum capacity is 60 passengers, but we usually close bookings around 50 so everyone stays comfortable and groups can sit together.
Is the ride smooth?
The ride is usually very smooth. Jelen is a larger boat and handles normal sea conditions well, even if there are some waves.
Do you cancel if it rains?
Not usually. The seating area is covered, so we do not normally cancel only because of rain. The captain makes the final decision if sea or weather conditions are unsafe.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel more than 24 hours before departure for a full refund. If you cancel between 24 hours before departure and 22:00 the day before the tour, you receive a 50% refund. You cannot cancel on the day of the tour.
What happens if Jelen cancels the tour?
If we cancel due to weather, safety, sea conditions, or operational reasons, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
What should I wear?
Dress for summer and bring beach clothes. If the weather is cloudy, bring a light sweater because it can feel cooler on the water.
Is the boat wheelchair accessible?
No. The boat is not wheelchair accessible because there are steps to board and leave the boat.
Can I tip the crew?
Yes. The crew accepts gratuities, and tips are always appreciated.
Is there anything to do in Mimice after the tour?
Yes. Mimice is a small coastal village with beaches, cafés and restaurants nearby, so you can stay around after the tour and enjoy the evening. There are many local events throughout the summer, so feel free to ask your crew for some tips on where to go after your tour!

Yes. Private tours are arranged directly for families, groups, celebrations, team-building days, and corporate outings.
