- booking status, payment status, and related correspondence;

5. Payment information
We do not collect or store card details through this website. If a payment link is sent, payment information is processed by the selected payment provider. We may keep payment status, booking status, receipt information, invoice information, and related communication where needed for booking management, accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
6. Who may receive your data
We may use trusted services only as needed to operate the website and manage bookings, including website hosting and form handling, email services, Google Sheets or similar booking records, Meta services such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram when you contact us there, payment providers, accountants, and public authorities where legally required.
7. Data retention
Unconfirmed booking requests are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage availability, and protect legitimate business interests. Confirmed bookings, payment records, receipts, invoices, and related accounting records are kept for as long as required by Croatian accounting, tax, and legal obligations. General correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary.
8. Children
We do not intentionally collect personal data directly from children. Children may be included in a booking only by an adult parent, guardian, or group organizer. Age categories are used only for pricing, passenger counting, and safe tour organization.
9. Photos, video and social media
We may create general photos or videos of the boat, sea, route, crew, food, or atmosphere for promotional purposes. We will not intentionally use clearly identifiable guest images for direct promotion without appropriate permission where required.
10. Cookies and analytics
This website currently does not intentionally use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar tracking tools. If such tools are added later, this policy will be updated.
